I’ve never left a Google review before today, but I had such a lovely experience that I felt I had to share it. When you walk in, you’re instantly greeted with warmth and smiles from the staff. Mario makes it feel like you’re a guest at a house party, and in between taking orders, cracking jokes, and delivering food to tables, he switches out records on the turntable to keep the vibe upbeat and joyful. It was a pleasure from start to finish, including the bruschetta we ordered, and our pasta. I would’ve added a photo of the tiramisu, but we finished it faster than expected… I’ll certainly be coming back, and hope to meet the rest of the team. Part of me wants to keep this gem a secret, but the cat’s out of the bag. If you’re in Berlin, Pasta Factory is a must. ”

The service staff was friendly but looked to be a bit lost at times and there was delay in the serving of the food. The atmosphere was good but nothing super fancy (doesn’t have to be). Excellent place to visit that I would wholeheartedly recommend. Better to reserve for weekends because there seem to be some long queues pretty often. ”
